Unsettling Moments

If we are honest, all of us have been scared or disheartened from time to time.  In these times, most often our attention is on ourselves.  Which is evidenced by the use of the pronouns I and me,  when describing the situation.  We forget the unfailing presence of our Heavenly Father,  or equate Him with humans who have disappointed us.  However, this is not the case.  God is ever present with us.  He goes before us, making a way for us.  He is all powerful, all capable, all knowing, and unending in His faithfulness and love.  He knows and has planned our steps before we make them.  Most importantly our Lord is trustworthy!  He does what He says He will do.  Pray you cast your fears and disappointments on Him…and walk with Him…in trust and peace…today and always!

Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the lord will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you.  Deuteronomy 31:8
